- Bandwidth: The range of transmission frequencies that a network can use. The greater it is the greater the info that can travel over the network at one time.
- Blog: Website where users can post a chronological, up-to-date e-journal entry of their thoughts.
- A Broken Link/Broken Graphic: Link or hyperlink which no longer works when a web page loads, or when it is clicked on or does not take the user to the destination it was supposed to.
- Client: A remote computer connected to a host or server.
- Connect Time: The amount of time spend connected to an internet service.
- DNS Server: A database system that translates an IP Address from a numeric IP address into text.
- Download: To transfer a file from another computer to your computer.
- Host: Any computer that can function as the beginning and the end point of data transfers.
